Samples are strongly encouraged so we can meet your expectations.

If you need to cancel your order please email us within 12 hours of your
purchase. Because we handmake our tile we do not accept returns. If you have
any concerns please reach out!

It is the customers responsibility to inspect and report any defects or breakage
from the shipping process. Defects or breakage must be reported within 3 days
of receiving the materials to sales@jamiebeckwithcollection.com
