Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Orders will typically be shipped within 2–3 weeks from the time of payment.
• Orders under 4 boxes will be shipped via UPS Ground. Please inspect all tiles at the time of delivery. If any damage or breakage occurs, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving materials. All shipments are insured with the carrier.
• For orders larger than 4 boxes, the materials will be boxed, palletized, and wrapped, then shipped with our global carriers. All tile materials will be shipped FOB Florida and insured. For a complete shipping quote on orders over 4 boxes, please contact sales@jamiebeckwithcollection.com.
• We offer lift gate service and inside delivery for palletized orders. All materials must be inspected at the time of delivery, especially while the driver is present. Any damage must be reported immediately to ensure we can assist.
